I have to leave out the almonds due to an allergy. What else can I use in place of the extract and the chopped almonds? I was thinking honey roasted peanuts for the chopped nuts, but I am not sure what extract to use for the almond. I don't know if vanilla would be enough. Maybe, I could use coconut extract?
