GourmetGiftBaskets.com Let it Snow Brownie Cake is a wonderful treat for the winter season! This brownie cake can be delivered to your doorstop or be sent as a gift. The delicious brownie will feed a crowd and make a cheery statement.
The brownie cake is quite large at 12 inches across. It is definitely enough to feed a large group at a birthday or Christmas party. You can pie slice it or cut it into squares to easily serve it.
I love how cheery the cake is with the decorative icing. They are hand lettered in blue and white frosting with snowflake designs. The brownie cake will bring a little cheer on a wintry day.
The actual brownie is rich and delicious. I found it to be just the right texture and not too dense like some brownies. The frosting worked really well with the brownie to create a delicious bite.
These brownie cakes make great gifts for out of town friends and family. Just because you can't stop by someone's house, doesn't mean you can't send them tasty treats.

I've never had a brownie cake before! I was expecting something more like the consistency of a cookie cake, but this cake was much denser. Almost fudgy in texture in places. I'd definitely have it again.

don't know which I liked more. The chocolate brownie or the brownie chocolate. So good. A little does plenty as it's very rich. )

Yummm this brownie cake was delicious. It was rich though so I should have taken a smaller piece. I enjoyed the chocolate chunks throughout.

This brownie cookie cake was good but more like a cookie that a brownie, which is OK. The chocolate chunks are good, but I like a softer brownie myself.

Brownie cake with frosting? Let's be real. This was delicious. I only needed a little sliver because it was really sweet. I'd recommend this for an office holiday party where everyone could take a slice.

Looked just as nice as a store-bought cakebut it's so much more delicious! I hate sugary bakery icing, so I really liked the homemade frosting on this. And the brownie itself was so much more moist and fudgy than anything you get at the store.
