The lemon zest adds so much flavor to this dish, right? I love using the fruit zest in my desserts. It just seems to brighten them up and make them taste so much better. I like that you added the nutmeg to the recipe, but I may leave that out because my hubby is not a big fan. I think he may not notice if I only use it in the fruit.
