"Peanut pie was a new concept to us when I first made it a couple of years ago. Since then, this pie has become a staple in our house. Think pecan pie, but with peanuts instead. It’s amazing. Salty, sweet, gooey. It’s everything that a dessert should be. And now it just got better thanks to the addition of chocolate. And let’s be real, adding chocolate almost always makes things better. The peanut flavor combined with the gooey chocolate chips is to die for! And speaking of gooey chocolate chips, this pie takes a bit of time to cool – so plan accordingly. After 3 hours cooling at room temperature, this pie is quite delightful. You can pull a slice out and eat it with a fork, but it’s still gooey in a good way. Truth be told, though? My favorite way to eat this Chocolate Peanut Pie is cold. Try it both ways and see if you agree!"
