- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Egg
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 cup Confectioners Sugar
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, egg, oil, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well incorporated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.
