Potato Chip Cookies

Potato Chip Cookies
"A sweet and salty, shortbread type cookie with crunchy potato chips mixed in. This easy to make recipe creates a rich and buttery cookie that checks all the boxes. Baked until golden with crumbled potato chips on top adding a salty finish. They make a great addition to a cookie box or cookie exchange. Salt enhances the flavors of so many foods, it bakes my fudgy brownies and vanilla caramels so much better than if you leave it off. So it’s no surprise that when added to cookies that they would be awesome. Like the potato chips, “you can’t eat just one”. The recipe just makes 2 dozen, so you might want to make a double batch."
