- 1 Carrot Shredded
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 4 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- 4 tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cup Powdered Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
