- 100 milliliter lemon juice
- The zest of 2 lemons
- 275 gram all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- For the icing:
- 100 gram powdered sugar
- The zest of 1 lemon
- 25 milliliter lemon juice
