Monster Cookie Bars

Monster Cookie Bars

"These Monster Cookie Bars are always a favorite, especially with kids! But who am I kidding? Adults love them too! They're soft, chewy and made with oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate chips and M&Ms. Since they don't contain any flour, they're perfect for when you need a gluten-free dessert option. I find them so much easier to make than cookies and I love that they freeze really well too. If you want to save money, you can skip the M&Ms and just add more chocolate chips. They'll still be seriously delicious!"
