S’mores Cupcakes

"When the kids asked for a campfire (in the backyard) and S’mores Cupcakes using those big puppy eyes, who was I to refuse? They’re just so cute–the cupcakes AND the kids. However, even if you’re not having a campfire or a little fire in your backyard fire pit, you can make these cupcakes. I just let the kids make the S’mores Cupcakes and then I toast the marshmallows after they’re on the cupcakes with the fire-starter we use for the fire pit."
