- 6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup dark sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg plus 1 yolk
- 3/4 cup red wine (I used Josh Cellars Cabernet)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 C plus 1 Tbsp cake flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
