Peppermint Marshmallows

"I love to bake, and I especially love to bake when I have shiny new bakeware! It’s so pretty and perfect, I’m always a little bit sad the first time I get a burn mark on a new pan or cookie sheet. When Baker’s Secret offered to send me a couple of pans to try out, I just knew that I had to take advantage of their lovely newness before I actually baked anything in them, and I thought that marshmallows would be the perfect thing for my new 9×13 pan!"
