It’s the perfect high protein treat to enjoy for breakfast, dessert or any time you need to keep your cool when the temperatures rise. This recipe makes six heavenly popsicles that taste like cheesecakes on a stick. Note: You may end up with more or less popsicles depending on the size of your popsicle mold."

NotesThis was classified as no bake; however, we roasted the blueberries to bring out their flavor. If you want a truly no bake treat you can skip the roasting process.
