Macaroons are traditionally made with a milk product and eggs, but these Coco-Roons manage to be made vegan and are delicious. They make a variety of flavors including brownie, vanilla maple, and lemon pie. The lemon pie flavor complements the coconut used in this sweet treat. I loved that it didn't have that fake lemon taste, but it was more a hint of lemon.
