Cast Iron Skillet Berry Cobbler
"Cobbler is probably the easiest dessert to make, and it has fruit so it must be somehow healthy!?! I’ve used a mix of frozen berries that we uses for our morning smoothy, but you can use fresh berries as well. ( fresh is always best, but frozen is still ok). You don’t really need a cast iron skillet to make this, an oven safe dish will do the trick! Of course, what is a cobbler without ice cream!?!"
