Creme Brulee Vegan Chocolate

"Creme brulee is a creamy, pudding-like custard with a brittle top of melted sugar that cracks when you gently tap it with a spoon. A palate pleaser to end a great savory meal. Rich yet delicate version of a classic crème brulee. Some say this classic French dish was first introduced to the world by renowned chef François Massialot in the late 1600s. But, there are a number of records claiming that others first invented this rich and velvety dessert. Regardless of who were the inventors, it is a mouthwatering classic dessert; that you get to enjoy with this recipe."

NotesCoconut milk can be substituted for soy milk or almond milk. Crushed almonds are also a good addition to this dish. You can also roast the cashews to enhance the nutty flavor.
