Cookies and Cream Parfaits

Indulge yourself with these decadent Cookies and Cream Parfaits. This is anything but your typical chocolate parfait recipe. Crumbled chocolate sandwich cookies layer themselves between rich chocolate pudding and fluffy chocolate mousse to create a truly drool-worthy dessert. Top it all off with a dollop of the chocolate mousse and some dark chocolate shavings. You can share this dessert with 5 other people or keep more for yourself and only share it with a few.
