Lemon Truffles

"Lemon truffles are decadent little bites that have everyone coming back for more. These rich truffles are loaded with zippy lemon flavor and coated in powdered sugar for sweet, tangy, summery flavor in every bite. I love making truffles. They’re a classic, bite-sized treat that makes a great sweet snack, dessert, or addition to any party. You can make them in so many flavors and varieties, and believe me, I have. This time of year, when the weather is starting to warm up, I love to welcome in the spring and summer seasons with these bright, zippy lemon truffles. They’re delicious and easy – the perfect combination. These bright, lemony truffles start with melted white chocolate, bark, or candy melts. I mix them with heavy cream, butter, and lemon zest, then I cool the mixture in the refrigerator until it’s set enough to roll into balls. I roll the mixture into truffle balls, coat them with powdered sugar, and chill them until ready to serve. That’s all there is to it! They’re easy to make and hard to stop eating! Give this easy recipe a try and enjoy the lemony deliciousness! "
