"Get ready for the fall season with these super moist Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins! They're made with real pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice flavor, a rich layer of tangy cream cheese in the middle, and topped with a sweet streusel topping. Breakfast just got a whole lot better. When fall rolls around in the South (even if the weather is stuck in summer mode), you better believe I'm whipping out my pumpkin recipes. These moist pumpkin muffins are the newest addition to my fall baking routine and are the perfect way to celebrate the pumpkin season.  Unlike many pumpkin spice muffins that can be dry, these muffins have a creamy center that resembles a bite of cheesecake, like cream cheese coffee cake. It's not just a swirl of cream cheese, but a little bite of cheesecake. But what I love about them is that they're not too sweet. The sweetness of the muffins comes from the cinnamon streusel topping, like in these rhubarb muffins."
